Today was really fun. The high light of the day was definitely making the pond but we also did spelling (25 words), Geography (capital city) and some Literacy (mysteries in Cambridge).

HOW TO MAKE A POND
(Well, how we made the pond)

1) Dig a reasonably large square / rectangular howl. (Zenzen's dad did this bit)

2)Cover the bottom and sides with sand. (Are sand was orangey red )!

3)Now lay out your plastic sheet and make sure that you get it in all the corners. DO NOT STAND IN THE PIT ! THE CLOTH WILL TEAR ! Cut of excess.

Tip : To keep the cloth down put some bricks down on the edge . If the bricks are the type that have three howls in them you can plant stuff in them.

4)Put in the water in and add plants and fish.

P.S :Yesterday we made Hydrogen. Dad lit it on fire and it went POP!!
